The business environment is constantly changing as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, however, at CHC one thing remains constant: we are committed to support our customers to transport passengers necessary to continue their operations, transport injured personnel and provide necessary search and rescue support. CHC is taking care to reduce potential exposure to the COVID-19 virus for passengers and employees. Below are some of the precautions we are taking today:

Greeting etiquette: To minimize the risk of exposure, please avoid handshakes between any crew and passengers.

Crew: CHC has employed increased sanitization of aircraft and social distancing practices during crew preparation. Crews (like all of our personnel) coming in from international locations or regarded as being at-risk of COVID-19 exposure are quarantined in line with governmental regulations.

Help us Take Care: Most of our customers will have comprehensive pre-travel screening in place which will advise when you are not to travel to the heliport. If you have traveled to another country within 14 days and/or have symptoms of fever, sore throat, cough, shortness of breath or muscle aches, PLEASE DO NOT REPORT TO THE HELIPORT. Contact your supervisor and health provider immediately, as well as following the in-country quarantine requirements.
