COMPANY HISTORY
We’ve been dedicated to safely and reliably moving our customers where they need to be, when they need to be there, for over 75 years.
We trace our roots back to Okanagan Air Services, which was founded in 1947 by Canadian Air Force veterans and pioneered remote transport in western Canada.
Since then, we’ve expanded our operations all over the world, delivering solutions for industry and governments – including offshore transportation, search and rescue, emergency medical services, and maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services.
Today, our drive to reach beyond remains in our DNA. We go beyond asking customers where they want to go to. We ask, where do you want to go next?

MEET THE TEAM
Kevin was appointed Senior Vice President, Helicopter Services in October 2022. He has a strong background in growing businesses, leading global teams, and driving operational efficiency. His technical acumen combined with leadership strength has enabled him to successfully execute major global engineering projects, from concept creation to product delivery, ensuring first class customer service and support.
Brady was appointed Vice President, Business Development in January 2021. He brings over 20 years of industry experience. His early career roles included engineering and services for GE Aviation and Australian Helicopters, establishing a valuable foundation for the commercial roles he subsequently held with Avincis Group and Bell Helicopters.
Keith was appointed Vice President, General Counsel in March 2022. He leads the Legal Department, which provides support on corporate, commercial, and compliance matters across the company. Over the course of his career, Keith has clerked for two federal judges, worked as outside counsel at an international law firm, and served as in-house counsel at a global technology company. He joined CHC in 2018.
Jon joined CHC in 2016 and was appointed Vice President, Safety, Compliance and Flight Standards in September 2022. Jon has a track record of success in managing large teams with a global reach, with extensive experience in supporting operations across Europe, the Americas, APAC and Africa. He has over 25 years of experience working in the aviation industry, beginning his career as a helicopter pilot in the British Army Air Corps.
Harry Quarls joined CHC as Chair of the Board following a 30-year career in leadership roles at GreenRock Energy LLC. Over the past decade, Harry has served as Chairman of the Board and Board Director at a number of U.S. energy sector companies and continues to serve as Chair of the Board at Mesquite Energy, Sunrise Oil and Gas and Key Energy Services.
Christopher joined Cross Oceans Partners in 2016. Before joining, he was an analyst with Third Point LLC and began his career with Sankaty. He holds a degree from Yale University.
Lars Christian brings a wealth of experience in the global energy sector to the Board. Lars Christian was recently appointed CEO of renewable energy company Morrow Batteries following a 30-year career at Equinor ASA where he held several senior leadership roles, including Executive Vice President of Development and Production International and Chief Financial Officer.
Dr. Arun Nagwaney joined CHC as Independent Board Manager and lead Board Manager for Heli-One. Arun has spent 20+ years in private equity and special situations investing, including as the Global Head of Portfolio Group at Anchorage Capital. He is the lead Director of Akira Advisors/Investments, a private investment firm.
